  4. Shipping: Ship the product to the address provided in the Return Authorization instructions. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will process your return and issue a refund within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

4. Refunds
